The Foxglove Trio seek out lesser-known English and Welsh language traditional and contemporary folk songs and, with care and creativity, transform them into moments of breathtaking beauty.
Since forming in 2010 we have released four CDs –
- Through the Dark Night – an EP of Christmas music
- Distant Havens – a full length album including self-penned songs and rich arrangements
- These Gathered Branches – debut album of creative arrangements of traditional and contemporary folk songs
- Like Diamond Glances – debut EP of traditional folk songs
The January Girl music video
In January 2018 we released an official music video for one of the songs on Distant Havens called The January Girl. The song is an adaptation of Dave Goulder’s The January Man. The video was filmed and edited by Rob Bridge.
